You can't go wrong with sutton place

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My husband and I moved here in November of 2003 so he could go to school at Full Sail. We did not get to check out the apartment and only picked it because of the special they were having. I think 100 or something off of rent. I think we lucked out into moving here. We didn't have to pay a deposit, we got another 100$ off through using rent.com
The management is amazing, mostly everyone we have ever had to deal with was polite and respectful. Whenever we had to have something fix(twice we accidentally got something caught in the disposal), the repair man was here in less than an hour.
No other place that I have lived at gives you prizes, there are monthly activities where they give away at least 50$ off of rent for each prize.
I think there is a good mix of students and families. We recently had a baby(actually he was born in this apartment), and have never had any problems with noisy student parties. It could be because we live in the back. I have heard people that live in the front of the complex complain about noise.
The grounds are always clean, we use the pool at least twice a week and the water is always clean. Back here, we never have parking problems, again that seems like it would be more of an issue up front.
The only complaints I have are all the people that have dogs in this complex and don't clean up after them. The complex has 2 places specifically for dogs to poop but the people around us just let their dogs poop where ever. Management did send out letters asking people not to do that, but no change.
Also, the people that used to live in this apartment probably didn't take good care of their cats, even after 2 cleanings sometimes I can smell cat on one area of the carpet.
I have visited many other complexes around this area and other apartments either don't have balconies, aren't as secure as here, clean as here, etc. For what you are paying and compared to what else is around here, you can't go wrong picking sutton place as your home.
I know this sounds kind of corny, but I really like this complex.
