I will be moving soon as I have bought a house. I have found Sutton Place to be a very nice place to live.
The Management and Maintenance staff are very friendly and accomodating. The common areas are beautifully landscaped and well kept.
There is monthly activities for the tenants, which is great for getting to know people.
Could it be that these people that complain and leave no name about Sutton Place wouldn't even be happy on a island by themselves. As far as pet friendly, (I don't have one) any place I've lived charges more for a pet.
