I can't believe the horrible reviews I have read. First of all, it's a good thing that Full Sail students are not here. Only because, there are not to many apts in this area that are family oriented. I like living in peace and quiet as I do have a job that requires me to get up early. Once in a while there are immature college students that act obnoxious but it's gets taken care of by the management. The staff is very nice, and the grounds are kept neat. You can enjoy a stress free, quiet living place. And maintenance always comes within 24 hours of your request. As far as the pet deposit, one of the main reasons I moved here was because the pet deposit was cheaper than the other apts in it's class. And not many apts around here even have class. We have two cats, but they only made us pay for one. When we moved in last year, we looked at all the apt complexes in the area, this place had the best deal. We only pay a little over $700 for a two bedroom, two bath. And they gave me a great deal when I renewed my lease, rent didn't even go up on top of that. I have lived in a lot of apt complexes around here and this has been the best apt so far.
