The office staff is terible. There is a new face every month. They cant keep one person there very long. The asst complex manager does not know what the heck she is doing. You get a nasty letter about late rent when you have actually paid!!!! She or anyone else there in the office never can answer a question. They always say "I have to ask the manager" or "I dont have the authorityto do that, only the manager can." FYI.. The manager is never there. She takes a vacation every month and is always out sick or has left early. The office staff just makes exuses for her. She never returns a phone call. Does her boss know she is always gone' The complex has turned into the getto! The front gates never work and the apartments have mold and hurricane damage that is no properly fixed. Some of the other people that live here have gotten sick from mold as well as thir small kids. When you call for a repair to be done, it takes days to get it. Staff members forget to put the order in. The outside building lights hardly work. It is very dark going into the apartment. Dont live here! When the new management took over 3 years ago it killed this complex.
