This apartment complex has been great for the 6 months that i've lived here. The staff is super nice, i've never had a problem with anyone. I live near the front of the complex which is quiet but i guess the back seems to have more college kids and yes the screeching tires and loud systems are very annoying. Thats what you get for living next to two colleges.
Dont leave you laundry alone in the laundry facility, it might be stolen. I speak from experience. maintenence is great. The pool area is gorgeous and the parking is pretty good.
Overall I recomend this complex :)
