I lived at Sutton Place for 4 years. 3 on my own, in a 1-bedroom, and another year in a 2-bedroom with my current fiance (then-boyfriend). I can't say I never had problems, but I will say that my personal experiences with the office staff were always good. I never noticed the manager to be MIA as often as some have stated, and she was always very warm and responsive to my needs. The other 2 staff members I dealt with regularly were great too, and did whatever they could to help me out when needed.
The maintenance staff went through a lot of changes while I was there (more than the office staff!) so sometimes they were great and other times they flat out sucked.
Obviously, after that many years, I could come up with numerous stories and situations, but most of it wouldn't be relevant now as I've been gone for a year and I know a lot can change in that time.
My overall experience there was good, and I would've recommended the place to others during the time I was there.
