I'v lived here for 6 months and I'v had no complaints. I moved here by myself from out of state and they helped me out with everything. Everytime I need something or have questions the office staff are always helpfull. I'v had minor maintance issues and the maintance staff are always friendly. The apartments are pricey but I'v been happy here. Maintence are always keeping up the property. The gate sometimes is broken and people push it open but the office has been working on getting the gate fixed lately. Also sometimes I see security driving by at night. The noise level is fair. The windows are thin so sometimes I can hear talking and cars drive by, but it's not that bad. I'v never had any saftey concerns. The only complaint I have is the rent being expensive.
