Problem #1 -"Gate Security"
We were told there were gates... we saw the gates... but the gates dont work... i have lived here for over two years and have had to use my card four times to get into the gate. All the other times its broke. FOUR TIMES! Thats 730 days and an average of having to drive through 6 times per day. Thats 4380 times I drove through the gate system since I have been a resident on the light side. That amounts to the gates working thats .00009% of the time working!!!

Problem #2 -"Curtis Security"
Curtis Security is there "Rent-A-Cops", funny that I was told when viewing the place by ---- that there was 24-hour patrolled retired cops always on staff... I called Curtis four times since I have lived here... Noise Complaint, Suspicious Vehicle, Car Accident, And another Noise Complaint. During the Suspicious Vehicle we saw a black SUV sitting in the back of the complex a day after two rapes took place inside the walls. We felt this was very uncomfortable and called Curtis... We then sat in the front of the complex waiting for them to show up... 10 minutes went by, 20,30,40,an hour... finally one hour and 30 minutes later they showed up... Nice to know theres someone there 24 hours always on patrol available in a moments notice!

Problem #3 - Mold
We live in Florida obviously its very easy to get mold, This place has quite the way of handling it... PAINT OVER IT! A few years ago there were hurricanes that led to leaking in the 3rd floor other residents had mold issues... how did they fix it' PAINT OVER IT! Never once did they go into the attic to clean it up properly. We had a leak in our faucet... How did they fix' they blew a fan on the carpet for a day... never ripped the carpet up to clean underneath it.
the laminate floors are disgusting, instead of ripping up the old and cleaning underneath them, they just lay new floors over the top. Same with painting the walls. if you pull out your oven, or dishwasher to clean, you'll see the 1980's wallpaper that orginally was there along with about 10 different shades of paint.

Problem #4 - The LIES!
Did you read the post on March 10th' That was written by our wonderfully new manager ----! I don't even know where to start with this women. She is the most rude, ----------------------- h I have ever met! The stuff that comes out of her mouth is so mean, i would not talk to people I hate like that, and here she is talking to tenants with these disgusting words. I will not go into the details of the words on here because she will be reading this i assume next time she needs to put a sercret post on here. The staff in the office was the one thing that I didn't mind too much. They were always lieing and while this is so inappropriate was one of the minor things at this terrible place i looked past that to an extent. But now they are miraculously getting fired. The people that did good here are just starting to drop. And I am pretty sure there are no legitiment reasons behind this. ------ was one of the nicest guys i met. He was the head maintence guy, and if you needed something he was there. He was always helping out on his days off working Monday through Sunday. and on a Friday he was let go after he worked an entire day. Don't support a place that treats its employees like that! ----- and ----- were also great help in the office.. fired...

In ----s little secret review listed below this one, you will see it talks about redoing the asphalt.. HAHA they caused headaches for everyone while they REPAINTED the blacktop... they didnt fix the cracks, or the potholes.. no they just put a black layer on the top to make it look nice and new... oh and the volleyball court' No one uses it anyways so woop de doo!

Im not even going to get into the cat issues, dog poop issues, noise issues, cheap carpet, appliances, and all the other things this review could go on forever, but I want you to know this is NOT the place for you! I am not usually like this, but I have been hurt by this place and feel very strongly about it!

The Park - Dont go Close!
StoneCastle is VERY nice, and people seem to like it little more $
But frankly, this place has ruined my experience with apartment buildings forever and I would only recommend finding a house for rent in the area... They are about the same OR cheaper in price
