As a concerned citizen of Winter Park for nearly three years, it s imperative that anyone looking for a place to live read carefully. As what I am about to tell you may change the rest of your life. It s as simple as this: Sutton Place Apartments is by far the most wonderful place in the world to live! And as a resident here (soon to be there since I have to move back home to Michigan soon) I must tell you why.

First and foremost the staff are unlike many other places you will ever meet, and that even includes retail establishments. They are genuine, kind, friendly and have never in the year that I have lived here given me a reason to think that they are any different when they are not on the job. The proof is in the residents who live here. Granted, like most communities you are going to run into your everyday grumpy people, but overall everyone here is kind and considerate. Something that I firmly believe Sutton Place takes into consideration when allowing new individuals to move in. They are strict on their policies, completely check out all new residents to the best of their ability and make sure with added security here in the evening that everyone is safe and sound. Added to all of that, I can t tell you how nice it is to walk around and have every single staff member, including maintenance, say hello to you just because they are passing by.

Second, the grounds are impeccable. It s reasonable to understand why you may think that having the community dumpster up front is an inconvenience, but when you consider the fact that bugs here (with the exception of flying critters) are not a problem, you generally rest easy knowing that if even a neighbor leaves their trash out it will be remedied swiftly. It s been a long time since I can say I have been proud of an apartment community that I have lived in for it s sheer beauty and not have to pay an arm and a leg to enjoy it!

Last but not least the apartments themselves are beautiful, spacious and problem free. Now, I can t speak for every apartment in this community when it comes to upgrades, but I can say that from personal experience if you ever have an issue, need something fixed or just want a face lift that seems reasonable, Sutton Place management will do whatever it takes to accommodate you. Your comfort is first and foremost on that I can guarantee.

I am actually moving here soon and starting at Full Sail for Show Production I was glad to se a Full Sailer rate this place and since its a great review I'm convinced. Ben Bromund
