Tealwood Parke is definitely not a bad place. The maintanence isn't as quick as I'd like it to be and when i moved in, there were HORRRIBLE stains in my carpets. The property manager ended up giving me a move in special of the first month for free because of it. Then, i found out I was eligible for the special anyway. I want to know where the last tenent's deposit went towards.

Other than that, everything has been smooth sailing. The walls are thick and i never have a problem with noise. What I loved about the place was the townhouses Tealwood has. I can't find any other places around that has an affordable one that is nice. If you move in here, make sure the apartment is in tip top shape. Go in and look at the empty apartment BEFORE you sign the lease. Don't move in until everything is to your liking. Hope I was helpful!
