Years at this apartment: 1989 - 2004
 
Its turned ghetto, kids and trash everywhere, parking lot lights not working, slow maintenance. neighbor issues never resolved. attitude from complex manager. under new management and it has gone down hill, low lifes have been allowed to move in.
