I have lived here many years and granted once upon a time this was a quite, well-kept and friendly neighborhood...I can garantee you it is no longer. There are way to many kids...bastard kids who think there thugs...running around cursing...graffiting every wall in sight...cops are in here quite frequently. Management has there heads up there A$$. There favorite phrases are " Were Not Liable " and " There is nothing we can do " We have repeatedly complained of our neighbors, at one point there were 13 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment...no joke...they actually had an RV in the parking lot they were using. All in all to many bad points to list...do not be fooled by the recent remodel...

I would gladly take your point seriously if you could have shown that you completed even the most rudimentary classes at some sort of higher education institution.
