I have lived here since Nov. of 2005, and though the community is small and doesn't have all kinds of extra's except one swimming pool, it has been a pleasure. The manager, has been here since I moved in and although the complex has changed ownership, the professionalism was never compromised. I have a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a lake view, big kitchen, and an OK washer and dryer. My only complaints were that the and dryer units are old and take forever to dry your clothes, and I never got my dryer replaced which was my ultimate goal. The a/c units are old as well so my a/c would periodically freeze, but the maintenance staff would promptly come and fix it.

I am only leaving b/c i no longer have a roommate and cant afford rent on my own, as I am in college. I am scared to be thrust back into crappy apt after having such good luck here. If you pick this place as your next home, you will enjoy how quiet and clean the complex is, and your big apt!
