Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I moved out of Tuscany Villas on July 1st and I still haven't received my deposit back.
It is required by Florida law that you receive your money back or a written response within 30 days of you leaving the premises. It has been months and I am still battling to get my money back.
This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had and I completely agree with the 2 other reviews on this site.
