This is the biggest poverty stricken apartments in florida! They charge you 650 a month for a 2 bedroom, ok thats cheap i know but it is outright a rip off when you find out what your get! Lets see bugs constanly even though according to staff every tuesday they come and spray yeah' what are they spraying my car becuase I keep finding new substances and dings on my car everyday yet I park near nobody, humm is that wierd' Ok inside the apartments first glass not so bad untill you notice that nothing works everything is hacked together all ghetto by the cheapest joe fixit. O and if you want to install dsl have fun you need to clean out all your phone sockets or install new ones becuase the 35 layers of crap off white laytex is cramed into it covering the conectors. Also be carefull of the sockets in the wall they might fall out when your unplugging your 120 volt microwave and zap you. SInt this already exciting. Now if you go to fullsail witch 50% of renters do here, make sure thoses classes after 9pm you have your buddys with you as you drive back threw if theirs mad cops like normal yuoul all good they already are taking care of the problem if not slam the gas becuase theirs a good 10 peps ready to jack your stuff or shoot your ass. O by the way since april 2003 their has been 2 murders that I know about. When you go pay your bill make sure you memorize what you owe because they dont know and when you accidently dont give them 50 cents they knock on your door at the most outrages hours leaving all kinds of threat notes over 50 cents yet you had no clue what you owe. Finally if your water bill is late becuase you didnt recieve it like always, make sure your bring it in because again they dont know what you owe. they even told me one time when I outright said I know its late we just got the notice that I dont owe and cant pay unless I have a slip. So I get it pay and then the next day i get a notice saying its late yet I paid it yesterday humm' If you have to deal with the staff go to the office unless u speak spanish and then make sure you talk to the sales lady Truke becuase the other girl thinks she is better then you and will give you an attitude you should only expect from a women in her 3rd trimester about to give birth. Just spend 50 bucks more move 400 feet down the road to calbre Bend!
