I lived right next door in Sutton Place and had numerous friends who lived in Summerwalk.
I had one friend who was robbed at gunpoint inside his apt. All of his musical equipment was stolen. This was after he returned home from a vacation to find his apt. completely flooded because of shoddy plumbing. This place is laid out very poorly and is not well lit. It is not safe to walk around this complex late at night. They also have a gang problem in this complex. This bit of info coming from a local police officer. Do a little research with the Orange County Police Dept. and you will find a long history of crime here. If you want a cheap place to live and don't mind shadiness, move here, you will get both.
