I lived in this complex for two years while my husband attended Full Sail. We needed a place close so he could walk to school. I could go on for hours why you would not want to live here. The street lights rarely work, ant problems are atrocious, the neighbors are incredibly loud at all hours of the day & night, I know several people who had their bicycles stolen even though they were locked up, the residents drive way too fast for such a small parking lot. The pool is often closed because it was not clean, people would allow their dogs to swim in the pool, and there was always people having sex in the pool and drinking on the pool deck. The office staff are unfriendly and it takes several times of talking to them before anything gets done. When I was finally able to move it took several months to get my rental deposit back and then the check bounced. I had to drive there to pick up the replacement check that took several more weeks. I wouldn't recommend this complex to even my worst enemy. Don't let the pictures on the internet and their pamphlets fool you.
