so if you know about this site, you know its a virtually b*tch-fest. you come here to complain about your complex to stop others from making the mistake you did.
I chose Summerwalk because it was close to Full Sail. I have had my car broken into 2x. My roommate was busted for drugs. And I have been here longer than most of the managers who aren't worth speaking to. I owe many chapters of my life to this complex.
Late last year, a new company took over. We finally have lights in the parking lot and a security company. I've had 3 inspections of my apartment and things are being fixed! Maintenance technicians are all over the place. They live here with their families- that says alot to me. Communications are being sent from the office. AND the same faces are still here months later! Kudos to this group for the vast improvements! I see your hard work and I appreciate it!

What's wrong with that? Good workers are worth keeping, so why not go the extra mile to treat them special? I mean, they are willing to do the work that people like you ----- about doing and would never do anyways.
