I have lived here for three years and the people in the past few weeks who have written reviews are in fact staff here. They lie to make this place actually look like a livable place for college students, when in fact it is not. They rape college students out of money and time. Their facilities are a joke. I the Wi-Fi is none existant. Their game room is a joke. their gym is a joke and management is a joke. The only positive thing about this wreck hole is the maintenance. They are very professional and you can go look for one and get help faster than you going to the lazy front office. Rent is absurd, the pools are usually dirty and not cleaned properly. People have been murdered here, cops have been here LOTS of times for drugs, and other indiscretions. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND IM GLAD IM LEAVING SOON.

Our daughter, who used to know some kids there and visited there very often, is wanting to relocate there. Your helpful review explains why. She wants to hang with riff-raff and feed her addiction. Our daughter is in dire need of help and needs to make something healthy and productive out of her life. But as she is still stuck in very unhealthy mode, she thinks Summerwalk would be a good fit! Not on our lives will we allow her to live at this snakepit. Thanks for your candor, and much good luck and success to you.
