This web site was created for renters to have a place to complain. NONE of the complexes have good ratings. We are moving down from Maine to Florida, which is completely different from everything we know but my husband is going to Full Sail. We chose Summerwalk/ Universitywalk because we saw a major improvements from when we visited a year ago for the Full Sail Tour. The complex last year was not renting. (They just took over.) The rooms are a good size for the money. The elementary school is good and their staff is all over the place working hard. Give them a chance
