I had a miserable experience here! I had neighbors that partied all night long, 7 days a week, threw broken bottles into the parking lot, blasted loud music and even held band practice at 4 am. When I talked to management about it, they told me that I should just call the police, that it wasn't their problem. I got that same response from management when someone tried to break into my apartment so violently two days in a row that my door knob was hanging off of my door . The management was rude to me and not helpful. The apartments aren't well labeled and I constantly had strange people knocking on my door in the middle of the night. The parking lots are also often littered with broken glass and debris and I had 4 flat tires over the year that I lived there. Parking lot lights and hallway lights were often out and took days to get replaced. I felt quite unsafe, the management was rude, and the complex was very loud and dirty. After all of that, they tried to raise the rent on me significantly at the end of the year. There are much better, safer, cheaper and quieter apartments in the area.
