Be very very careful, ask to see the actual apartment before you sign anything. I toured a very nice apartment which I was told is what I would be staying in, after I signed the lease and paid the first month they brought me to a different apartment which was pure filth. The air filter was black, there were 6 bags of trash in the way of the door, we had to shove it open and move them out of the way. There was an inch of dust on the floor, and I won't even tell you how bad the fridge was. Dishwasher was broken. Finally after a year I get to move out, and they tell me I need to empty the place or forfeit the security deposit. I had to remove junk my roommate left because he vanished, including an entertainment center that was there the day I moved in. They said they would charge me 50 dollars to find someone to help me carry it across the complex to the dumpster. Luckily I found a helpful resident who assisted me while managers just watched. They do not care about you, only your check on the first. I am moving back to Winter Park soon and this time I will not even stop by this dump.
