My son attended Full Sail and leased an apartment here, they are HORRIBLE,The sign says Welcome Full Sail Students, well dont even stop here. They are very shady when it comes to apartments. They know full well that Full Sail Students are either renting for 13 months or 25 months yet when you sign the lease they say that is ok becuase once your lease is up you can become monthly. However when you go down to discuss your moving out they tell you to come back next month, My son went to the office in Feb and told them he would be leaving in MAY they said come back next month, he went back down in March and was told that he could pay an extra 100.00 for the month of May and to come back down the next month, Yet when he went down to pay Jamie told him NO you will need to pay through June because you did not give a 60 day written notice, Even though Fran who is supposedly management said it was ok!!!!
Then when you try to go down there to deal with them they keep passing the buck and holding their little crap about Florida housing, they DO NOT REPAIR ANYTHING!!!!
My son's door had a 2 " gap the allowed bugs etc in and they NEVER fixed it!! The apartment was dirty when they went to move into it...Cig butts put out on the wall of the balcony, the screens were ripped etc. The place is a dump,the bathroom shower and tub were just painted over and even though they were to have carpet they had tile in the livingroom kitchen & hall that was already stained!!! They always are disgusting and they DO NOT keep the grounds up. I was there on several visits and the same debris was in the same places. The manager Jamie is intolerable!!!
If you are attending Full Sail just ask the office about this place, they will tell you the same thing..DO NOT RENT AT SUMMERWALK/UNIVERSITY WALK. They just change the name so that they can keep operating!!!! Needless to say they are NOT getting another dime from us for that hell hole they call apartments!!!!!!! If you sign a lease be very wary because they WILL try to extort more money from you!!!

this place is not as bad as some of the places we stay in the military.
