moved in before it was university walk (when it was summer walk) and have watched how the new management made no noticeable improvements to the area. I blame the front office mainly for the lack of order and lack of maintenance. They are complete idiots in the office and all need to quit. I believe jamie and patrick are the worst but I could be mistaken on their names. Before I moved in, I called them asking if my apartment was ready because I was about to drive 12 hours to get there the next day. They said yes of course "I just walked through it this morning." I arrived and they told me the apartment wont be ready for another week! What idiots.
