i lived here for a year. would have been shorter but those were the terms of my lease. the management is horrible, they dont care for your safety, nor the condition of your apartment. the head of the office (----) is one of the worst people to ever deal with in any business relationship. robberies and shots fired are almost constant in this neighborhood. if the price at least reflected to quality, it wouldnt be so bad. but for their prices, you can live in a safe neighborhood. the ONLY good thing about this complex, the maintenance crew is awesome. if you need a problem fixed, go straight to them, never go through the office. it wont ever get fixed. thanks again to the maintenance crew. and thank God ill never have to deal with the management again.
