I am currently attending Full Sail and live at the Summer Walk (now University Walk) Apartment Complex. The only good part about this place is the close proximity to Full Sail. The complex is dangerous and the neighbors are loud and they don t give a ---- if they re blaring their music at 2 am on a weekday. The staff at the front office is a joke. ------------------ don t know what the hell they are doing and have no business handling this apartment complex. I have had the sub woofers stolen out of the trunk of my car, and also a mountain bike was stolen. A few months ago police officers blocked off the entrances of the complex and didn t let anyone in or out. They also told us to get back into our apartments if we went outside to ask what was going on. Apparently they were looking for an armed suspect who they believed was in the complex. The worst part about this was that the people at the front office didn t even acknowledge that this incident had occurred. I heard what was going on from a friend later that week. Please don t make the same mistake that I did and go somewhere else. Sutton Place, Whisper Lake, and Park Baldwin Palms are much better and just as close to Full Sail as University Walk.
