I've been living in University apartments for over a year now and i have to say that its okay with me. Anytime anything has gone wrong with my apartment, management, and maintenance fixes it expeditiously. The employees have been real professional and respectful towards me. I attend Fullsail College, which is right down the block from me, so the commute is short. I would recommend University Walk apartments.
