This complex formerly summerwalk (aka murderwalk) needs to change its name often to remain in business.I am the a former resident/student. I learned from this site from an irate parent that you must give a 60 day written notice despite whatever lease agreement you sign. They intend to extort 2 additional months rent from every resident. BE VERY AWARE!They act as though this is business as usual for them. You might even pay more money per month as we did, thinking you have a short term lease. Think again!I will however be contacting my attorney. It is unfortunate that they are taking advantage of the student who fill their awful little apartments. It is the students who keep them in business!Outside of the extortion, the place is crime ridden and falling apart.By the way they will also charge you for their routine repairs in addition to 2 more months rent upon your departure. Parents and students please read before you fall victim. Happy apartment hunting!
