I had several issues while living at this apartment complex.

It was occasionally noisy with all the parties and the drug dealing, the cars squealing outside, people doing drugs outside the apartment, the list goes on.

I had the air conditioner break and it took them 7 or 8 attempts to say it was fixed and even then it was not driving my electrical bill up quite high for a month then it stopped working all together yet again...finally got fed up and moved out. Fortunately this happened near the end of the lease.

The crime there is so bad that they have had swat in there at the apartment complex across from me. A drug dealer shot another drug dealer in the back and then jumped out of the second story window. The place was locked down for about three hours while police set up positions behind the cars in front of my unit with shotguns.

Safety is a major concern there, there were a couple of attempted rapes at the complex and warning brochures were passed out but increased security was not provided. The lights go out at 10 and everything becomes dark providing a bad area to live in not to mention walk around by yourself.

I had one incident where the maintenance guys came in and replaced the ac thermometer without being requested. They did it in the middle of the day while I was at work, left no service request or service order nor did they indicate or provide any advanced warning that they were going to be there.

Some of the office staff treat you with disrespect. They instigated a new "water conversation" while I was there. In this conversion they made me pay for three months of water to catch up, then a 4th month in advanced. I can tell you now that was a quick way to lose me as a renter. They constantly look at you and figure out ways to scam you for money, whether it be a water scam, a maintenance scam or something half baked that they have newly added.

If I could have done it again I would have paid $50/mo. and gone somewhere else.
