Because so many of the staff has contacted me concerning this review I feel it very tactful that they all leave Anonymous Reviews. In follow up I have met Anonymously with a Lawyer and was given the following Florida LAW concerning what I am about to say in this review.

LANDLORD'S RIGHT OF ENTRY
Your landlord may enter at any time to take care of emergencies only. An emergency should be something serious and requiring of immediate attention, like leaking gas, or a broken water pipe.

After giving you reasonable writen notice, he can enter to make repairs, decorate, or show your place. The statutes define reasonable notice as being 12-18 hours in advance, and reasonable time of inspection as between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM. It would also be very reasonable for you to require your landlord to enter only in your presence, or, if, because of an emergency, he entered with you absent, they must leave a written explanation.

He may also enter if you leave your place for more than one-half of a rent payment period without giving him notice or keeping the rent current.

LIABILITY
Landlord's Liability

The landlord has a duty to exercise reasonable care to inform his tenants of any hidden dangers and to repair dangerous defective conditions when the tenant gives him notice of their existence.

In common areas of the property, such as hallways shared by several tenants, the landlord must inspect the areas and make necessary repairs. However, he is only liable for injuries which occurred while the property was being used in the manner for which it was intended.

Your landlord is also liable for any negligence he commits while doing repair work in your apartment.

Finally, your landlord may even be liable for crimes committed against tenants by strangers, when they were reasonably foreseeable, and the landlord's negligence allowed the crime to happen.
I rest my case and soon will in a court of law.
If you like to stay up till 4 or 5 am because of college students blaring the stereo,smoking pot and keying your car. Get home from work and have to walk a half a mile to get home because there is no parking, and hear about a shooting every 6 months, Share your pool and facilities with the next apartment over because there is no fence between the two places, not to mention the lack of lighting on the walkways , than this is the place for you.
The walls have no insullation, they give you an excuse sometimes 3-4 times a month to inspect your place. Whether it be fire extinguishers, filters or just mold inspections in the middle of winter.
Oh and By the way the BUG MAN sprays every month and reports back to the office all he sees, my friend who lived there had there fiance over and within 1 hour after a bug spray got a phone call to ask if they where living there.(mmmmmm) They will take your rent money give you juice and donuts on holidays. (If you do not stop your car and take them get called a name starting with an A ending with a hole) I love being close to work however I would rather live in the woods behind Whisper Lake Apartments with the vagrants, than put up with them I am moving as soon as my lease is up.
If you have any questions concerning this, please do the following...contact the Orange County Sherriff's Office and they will give you a rundown of all crimes that have been reported at that location. Also contact a lawyer as I did and know your rights to privacy. Other wise just search "whisper lake" with quotations on any search engine to meet the band who lives here and also meet the criminals that used to live there as arrested by the seminole county sherriff. I will continue to keep this very informative, I am not slamming or being vindictive in anyway, I heave expressed my opinion and have told you how to investigate for yourself. I used to live here and I remember well the element of students (I was then too) that lived there, but those were almost all around the university area. With that said, I did not have any complaints regarding my neighbors, etc...only the distance to parking after say 4pm and the lack of lighting in the area you have to hike out to.
