Everything at this aparment complex couldn't be better expecpt for the fact that they are taking full advantage of having over half of their residents from Full Sail. Full Sail is a pretty expensive school and most of the students are living off of expense loans to live here. The cost to live here raised $100 in the last year. I am not paying 700 a month for a one bedroom on a 12 month lease...or 740 for a month to month lease.
Besides this there are known breakins all of the time. The only place people can in is through the aparments next to Whisper Lake. There is not a fence or anything blocking people from walking though...just some foliage with trail breaks every now and then. I see people going in and out of these everyday to go back and fourth. This is letting in a serious securty hazard.

There's definitely price gouging taking place. However, in my opinion it's by far one of the safest places to live in Winter Park, and the maintenance staff is nice and extremely helpful, not to mention fast, which is near impossible to find these days. Also, they have parking spaces galore. I've never had a single parking problem ever.
Far too expensive, but in the end it's only about $150 more a month than it should be for a one bedroom.
