I lived here during my time at full sail, yes I did have some asswipe neighbors that didnt like my racket but overall I loved it. sitting by the huge pool all day and the once in a while parties the complex throws. I never noticed a run down apartment during my stay, and I would definately move back. I would really go and look before I made a decision anyhow.
