Whisper Lake was a decent place to live.
Pro:
- Maintenance was fast and the guys were nice.
- Apartments were clean.
- Lived near the lake (not a pretty sight), but it was quiet.
Cons
- Alot of Full Sail students, so you might getting loud neighbors or loud music.
- I lived near people that sold marijuana. They were nice people, even so you never know what might happen when illegal drugs are sold. Also, their apartment was broken into by people who lived in the complex.
- Lots of animals. Racoons, Amardillos, and cats lots and lots of cats. Once I saw a vulture picking away at a dead animal in the forest area.
- Parking stunk at night, plus I never had the feeling of safety when walking to my apartment or car. Now I did go on vacation for almost 2 weeks and came back with no problems
- Once again, the college kids. They can be annoying, especially when they get drunk.
Not a bad place for college kids, not the place for a family.

O yeah one more downside, the apartment complex next to whisper lake is a straight up ghetto.

Were you awake while living there? That place was filthy and the maint. tech's were imbisiles. And who wants to live next to drug dealers and Full Sail students? My car was vandilized and the management price gouged me!!!

Crappy ass place to live!! INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! NASTY DIRTY PEOPLE RUN THE COMPLEX!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! stay AWAY!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! CHECK IT OUT BY YOURSELF FIRST!! ASK SOMEONE TO LET YOU SEE THEIR APARTMENT!!! yOU'LL FIND OUT THE TRUTH!!!
