I am actually the person to write the two good reviews for Whisper Lake. It was actually a great place to live and we never had any problems UNTIL move out time came. Our issue involves the security deposit. We paid 500, 300 of which was returnable. First we were told our blinds, carpet, and refrigerator needed cleaning. We disputed the fridge because we knew it was cleaned before we moved out. Then they told us, oh yeah you're right, we messed up, your fridge was fine. They say we'll get one hundred something back. Then in the mail we get a paper in writing and it says that we apparently didn't pay the full pro rated rent... and were supposed to pay 77 more than we did. what'! we weren't told that.... so we called and they said that they didn't remember telling us the pro rate was 611 instead of 711 (apparently their math is also messed up, if they think its 77 instead of a 100 difference..). So. They wouldn't believe that we were told a pro rate and that they messed up. They HUNG UP on me. >!!''!''!'!!' i have to stop typing because i'm so pissed off...but i might write another review later when i've calmed down..

I had no such problem moving out of Whisper Lakes. I even broke my lease! I gave them 2 months notice and didn't have to pay a dime. They were always really nice. Only complaint I have about the place was my stereo getting stolen out of my truck, but i didn't have an alarm or anything in it.
