I lived in this apt complex in 04-07. The rent goes up each year and not by small amounts, were talking 100.00 each year. Same apartment, same sqft-higher but they charge a higher rent and without any type of explanation or improvement to the unit. Mold in the bathroom - instead of fixing the issue they replace new tile over the mold. They use spray paint to cover leak stains instead of painting over it.

Old plumbing, old pipes, old Cabinets, old Everything, cheap carpet for the rental price. Parking can be a B*! I would visit other complexes before picking this one. I have moved and would not suggest this place to anyone. Pretty and fake when your drive in, don't let it fool you.

There are many complexes with more space, cheaper rent and updated fixtures that don't have murders, drug bust and thin walls. The Office Staff: Did any one go to college' With the exception of the older lady who actually makes sense when she speaks.

Don't believe me about the murders check for yourself.

Yeah I really think you're full of it. You must not really live in Whisper Lake b/c parking is perfect. and no mold in my place. no leaky stuff in my place. sucks for you but are you clean?? my only complaint is their recent renovations at all hours of the morning. and the ppl that do it don't speak english. but hey its remodeling, so.!

this shooting you gave a link to, this was a housband-wife stuff. You are stupid! It is not that there was some heavy-crime dealers gangsters involved where normal people can died of shooting, or being rob! It was a guy jelaous of her wife. That could happen even in White House!

W-h-a-t-e-v-e-r if that helps you sleep at night buddy. You???re the stupid one paying too much for an apartment that's not worth it. Crime is Crime, they don't screen people that live there. That is just the most recent incident that took place. There have been many more. I'll let you research that yourself dummy. I will stop posting now due to the fact that I am going to go and sit out on my SCREENED IN PATIO, with a view of a REAL lake not a man made one. Maybe I'll take my boat out, or go swimming in the pool or sit in the steam room. You should do the same. Oh wait they don't have a steam room or a boat dock or a decent work out place. Darn, if you weren't a DouchBag I would invite you. Whisper Lake is wack and so are you if you pick this place to live. As I said before, Everyone! Look around. The office staff must sit and post these responses. 1 bed 1 bath 700 sq feet 850!! Kiss my A**, go next door to Seabrook, everything is brand new!

first of all sea brook i mean come on, their places are tiny. whisper lake isn't that bad and plus the murder didn't even happen in the complex. it happened at the citgo on the corner of 436 and scarlet. like said before the parking is never a issue the construction doesn't happen till during the day now and it's only minor stuff now. the office staff is fine the old b#@!h sucks. she yells at everyone for the dumbest stuff. she yelled at me once for walking around the lake one night with a couple girls.
