The building are old and coming apart; every time the pest control company comes through there are more bugs inside. Maintenance tends to blow off work orders until you scream at the office staff, then they do the absolute minimum to fix your problems. The management at the complex does nothing to control the noise level of the neighbors, which is magnified by the poor insulation and single pane windows. If you have to have a Winter Park address and this is all you can afford, welcome; otherwise, keep looking.
