Well kept and nice neighborhood

I just moved here from another state. Winter Park Oaks was the first apt. I looked at and I have to say, I was very pleased of what I saw. The neighborhood is very quiet and management does a great job in keeping this community very clean and crime-free. Not to mention how diverse the place is.
The rents are cheap and INCOME RESTRICTED, the apartments are well kept with great amentities. The only minor problem I have is that the office staff work too slow. it should always be fast paced. besides that, I will surely recommend this place to anyone.
