I am a resident of winter park oaks and have had nothing but disappointments with the management office. The Manager of the complex, Tilly, is rude and arrogant and does not work to solve the problems of the tenants. Vital paperwork submitted to the office is often misplaced or disregarded. There are also residents who are permitted to walk the premises half dressed and under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics. Obviously this is not the safest environment for children. When bringing this to the attention of the management office, nothing was done or reported.
