The pest control is poor and apartments are infested with roaches. Parking is limited first come first serve, people who come home late end up parking on the shoulder of the parking lot. When moving out are unfair with damages, make untrue claims and blame any problem that needs fixing even if you reported the problems when you move in on the tenant. Maintenance takes forever if it ever takes place at all, the walls are weak and carpets are old and stained. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
