This is not that bad a place as far as location but be warned! The apartment complex is mostly male students age 18-26 from the local colleges. Ciggarette butts are left by the entrances to the buildings. Roaches are a big problem!! Maintenance is not so bad but unless you speak spanish it might take a few times before the problem is fixed. When appliances are broken they are replaced with used ones from other apartments. Our dishwasher broke and they replaced it the next day but it had roaches living inside it so when we got it we got them as well and now can't get rid of them. I keep a clean place and know it isnt me. Have seen them in my dishwasher and on my dishes after they have been cleaned. The fridge is old and the seal around it not good so of course roaches in the fridge. IF you ask they do make sure your place gets sprayed but they only spray the kitchen and bathrooms no where else. Other then that staff is pretty nice and it is good to have the pool. Laundry facilities consist of only 2 washers and dryers per building and that is if they are working. Takes $1.25 per load per washer and agian per dryer which you mostly have to run the dryer twice as there is no adding an extra quarter for a little extra time.
