My boyfriend and I recently moved into one of the remodeled 3 bdrm townhouses and we love it! The apt itself is great--HUGE bedrooms by apt standards, plenty of closet space, and even the bathrooms are larger than average. We also have a fireplace, screened in porch, and vaulted ceilings. Not to mention that all the remodeled apts have ALL brand new kitchen appliances, new tile in the kitchen, and new carpet & paint. The rent is a little high, but I do believe you get what you pay for, and our place feels more like a little house (without the maintainence hassles!) than an apt.

The complex is quiet and feels safe--I don't hesitate to walk around at night. The neighbors are friendly; it's mostly families or couples--not many college students. The leasing staff is awesome! They do their best to keep us happy; even small problems are fixed in a timely manner, and anything important is fixed right away. For instance, when we moved in, the dishwasher wasn't properly installed, and the maintainence guy came out on a Sunday to fix it--it was his day off!! VERY friendly maintainence people; even the pest control guy is friendly and courteous. Pests, by the way, aren't much of a problem... just the typical ants, spiders, and roaches that are impossible to get away from in Fl. But most of the bugs I see are dead, so at least the pest control is working!

Parking is getting to be a little bit of a challenge since the apts on our street are filling up... But other than that I can't complain. I would recommend this complex to anyone willing to spend a little more money for a lot more quality.
