My husband and I have been living at Woodbridge for 2 years now.. The first year was great, we lived in the small one bedroom apartment and everything worked fine, we always had our AC working great. But ever since we moved into our current apartment (2 bedroom 2 bath) we have had nothing but problems! We transferred to the bigger apartment Feburary 2002. First our washer broke, flooding my entire kitchen/2nd bathroom, that takes about 2 weeks to replace. Then my dryer breaks.. takes about a week to replace. Then the dishwasher. Then my AC has problems.. well we've been complaining about the AC since May, for 7 months.. and not a thing has been done! First they said it was too hot outside so thats why my AC wasn't cooling, although everytime I walked into the office it was nice and cool there. My electric has been through the roof due to my AC being broken, takes more energy to keep it running.. i've been paying about 180 in electric alone. Then in November they finally sent out a 'real' AC guy to come look at it and says there is a freeon leak INSIDE the house.. well they still haven't fixed it! Then just last week my stove had an electrical problem, there was a spark of electricity that came out of the stove and burned a whole in my pot. I called emergency maitenance since it was 9pm, well they didn't come untill after 11pm. we are completely disappointed with woodbride! there are so many roaches and beatles that come into our apartment as well, flooding is terrible. The only good thing is the size of the apartments and the tubs. And to top it all off the rent is going way high so we are definately NOT going to renew our lease this feburary. Woodbridge is a total nightmare!
