We have lived here for 3 years and every month there is some maintenance problem. Unfortunately, the maintenance people here are lazy and rude and make no effort to show up on time or fix things properly. The only reason we haven't moved is the huge expense and hassle. Finally, we got sick of it and moved this year because the rent went up so much.

The parking sucks because it floods when it rains and they refuse to fix the drains so it won't flood.
