It is great at first

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
When i first moved in almost two years ago, everything was great, there was parking, the neighboors were quiet, and things kinda worked alright. The equipment in the apartments i do admit are old and outdated though, My AC also does not work and i was told the same thing that is was to hot and humidy was keeping my apartment high, Well for a small 1 bedroom, 110 for electricity, it's crazy, also my dryer never worked and they never fix anythign in the apartments,
