Basically living at Woodbridge Apartments is hit or miss. You are going to have problems regardless of where you live, apartment or house. I have been living here for 6 months now. Chose to live here for the decent price considering all the amenities, plus for the trees. Most apartments are all concrete and no foliage.

Office staff has always been very nice and courteous. When we first moved in we had a billion problems. The kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Called the office and they sent someone out almost immediately despite the fact that maintenance had gone home for the night. The maintenance guy couldn't fix the problem but called in a real plumber the very same night. Another problem we had was that our dryer didn't work from the get go. They replaced it with a different one(not new) within 2 days. Also, our air conditioner didn't work. Our first night we slept in the heat. They came out the next day and looked at it and decided the unit needed to be changed. So the second night we slept in the heat again. Mind you it was summer. Finally the third day they did change the unit and everything was finally working. The maintenance staff by the way were very nice to us at least. Since then our air conditioner has had problems about every other month and we just called to have it fixed for about the 3rd time. So far maintenance has been very timely in coming to our aid but the air conditioner has obviously never been fully fixed.

This is one of the apartments that allows pets so that is a plus. I hear that rent will be increased however so I seriously doubt I will be renewing my lease. We have had noise problems but where there are college students living that is bound to happen. All you have to do is call the office and they will send the people a noise complaint, just had to do so so we will see if it works.

One more problem we have had to call about is the lack of hot water when showering, hopefully this will be fixed when maintenance comes out but right now we can't even take a 5 minute shower without freezing. Like I said this place is hit or miss. The main problem is that it was built so long ago and is furnished with old appliances.

Dumpsters seem to be emptied every monday and lawn care is kept up pretty well. It is just very noisy when they get out there with lawn mowers and trimmers and the like. Good luck!
