I lived at Woodbridge for about 9 months - I broke my lease and that was not as expensive as a lot of other places. I had a large dog there which wasn't allowed and my carpet was not looking too good when I left and they didn't charge me a cent which is a real sign that they aren't trying to screw anyone. There were some issues with noise, but what can you expect so close to three colleges. My neighbors were awesome, I never had a problem with parking which is a miracle in apartment living and in terms of value for money you can't complain at all. I'd recommend it!
