I've lived here for 4 years and things have just gotten worse over the years. I've had problems with leaks over and over again, water coming through the walls, ceiling, electrical outlets and light switches in my apartment every time it rains and when it rains the parking lot floods 2 or 3 feet so that you can't even get out of your car without ruining your clothes. It hasn't been fixed in 4 years despite the numerous complaints made by everyone. There are bats and rats and nothing ever gets fixed. Ever! The old manager and maintenance staff used to try to get the their bosses to do something about the problems but nothing ever got done. I'm pretty sure they were unhappy about them too. The company is cheap to the point that they'll endanger peoples health and safety to put a few extra dollars in their pocket. I feel sorry for the people who work for them because they take the blame for all the stuff the company refuses to do. The old manager must have got fed up with taking the blame and making excuses for her sorry bosses and quit because now there's some new girl working in the office. New person, same problems...that sais something. Who ever's in charge of this place has no regard for anything but money and should be ashamed. I'm moving out when my lease ends and I'll never eccomend them to any one.
