I've lived here for about a year and a half now and still have a pretty postiive image towards the residence. Granted, the exercise room could definitely use a lot more equipment and the appliances could use an update, but I've never experienced real problems before. Maintenance always comes within two days of my request being put in and they are always very polite and friendly even when you just approach them to ask them to come fix a problem. I have heard of several cars being broken into, but have not experienced this personally. Neighbors have gradually gotten rowdier, but if you place a noise complaint with the office they will speak to them about the volume of their music, etc. Parking is pretty awful because most spaces are at the back of the complex when most of the apartments are at the front.
