Everyone has been bashing Woodbridge all over this site, but I've lived here for 7 months, and I ADORE it. The complex itself is very quiet, the walls are thick, the whole outside area is gorgeous, a haven for pets. The pool is well-kept, the jacuzzi, while not heated, doesn't really need to be... seeing as how this is Florida. The rent is low, I've never had issues with management, given I've never needed anything fixed or replaced.
The only problem we had was a few months ago, my boyfriend's car was towed due to expired tags. His plates are current, but he left the replacement tags in another state, so they appeared expired. The notice stated clearly that if the tags were CONFIRMD expired, the car would be towed. His car was towed without confirmation. We took the complaint to the main office, they called the towing company, and his car was returned that day.
So anyway, just thought I would put in a good word for Woodbridge among all the complaints. For the price, it's the best you'll find around here.
