I was a resident here for awhile. The parking is horrible, people let their animals poop wherever and leave it, neighbors are rude and drive in and out at night with their music full blast or talk loud in their tiny little balconies late at night. No one pays attention to handicapp parking signs or no paring signs- so if your handicapp oh well for you. No one has ever responded to community officer calls. Neighbors get evicted, there was a break in last month, and the rent is outrageous for the tiny floor space. I could her my neighbor cough in the middle of the night beside me through the wall and I could here the creaking sound of the upstairs neighbors bed above me while they did you know what. If it wasn't for leases and the outrageous amount they charge you to move out early plus exta fees on top of it that they pulle out of no where(redecorating fee''what is that'') I would have been gone lon ago.
